Floyd's Theatre

Listed as having 150 seats in Film Daily Yearbook of 1942 and the only theatre in town at that time. I must note that FDY has it listed simply as “Floyd” while an old ticket I own says “Floyd’s” (note the possessive at the end of my ticket that is absent from the FDY listing).

I’m quite certain that the theatre’s very own ticket had its correct name printed on it and I think we all know that the each edition of FDY has a heathy amount of erroneous information so I think, especially with Floyd being a small town, it’s safe to assume these theatre’s are both one in the same however there is always that tiny chance that the 150 seat Floyd and the Floyd’s Theatre that my ticket is from are two different places. Can anyone confirm?
