The Star Theatre was listed as closed in Film Daily Yearbook of 1940 with no seat count. It had reopened by 1941 and was still open in 1950.
Seibert is another dying town with a current population of 80 so hopefully someone can act fast to preserve and share what (if any) info still exists on this theatre.

In 2014 a plan was announced to convert Seibert into a tourist destination as a 1920s era town. Included among the proposed attractions was to be Tut’s Egyptian Theatre. Whether this would be a reincarnation of the Star was not indicated. Shares were being offered online.
