Opened as the Broadway Strand Theatre. By 1926 the name was shortened to Strand Theatre and it had 359 seats. The Strand Theatre closed around 1960. The building has been remodeled and now houses a pharmacy.

Strange that the Strand would be converted to a Pharmacy. When it was open as a theatre it was next door to Hitings Drug Store.
