There were lantern shows shown in the Mechanics Institute from 1904 to 1907. Name changed to Swan River Hall(date unknown?). Movies screened by J. Tilka from 1958 to 1961 in the Memorial Hall. Location on Swan River in Upper Swan to the northeast of the Perth metro area. Unknown if building is still there?
