Cremorne Gardens

Located on the corner of Albany Highway and Welshpool Road. Cremorne Gardens opened in 1950, and was doing well, but the site was valuable so they sold(and closed?) to developers in 1958. Unknown when demolished(soon after?)? The site became a service station(Shell?), and after the service station closed down(date unknown?) the service station building became part of a car yard(Paramount Motors - Mercedes Benz)(new(and used?)). Paramount Motors moved to Queensland in July 2016. Use of site(if any?) now unknown?
