The Raikes Hall Garden’s Niagara Building was converted into the Collosseum Cinema in 1906. It closed in early-1909 and on 23rd June 1909, the owner Mr. W. Morris. opened his new Royal Pavilion Cinema across the road.

It was converted into the Collosseum Rink, which later became a garage & cafe, and was demolished in 1936.
