This was a small theater at the corner of Topanga Canyon Boulevard and Ventura Boulevard in Woodland Hills. It played all kinds of movies the last one I saw being “Nine to Five”. It closed in the mid 1980’s. It is now a shopping center.

I saw a double feature at the ART.
TOMMY and MONTY PYTHON AND THE HOLY GRAIL. God that was in the mid seventies.
After it closed it became a discount beverage store called MGM LIQUOR.
Featured on 9/15/74 – “Chinatown” and “The Stone Killers”.
Status should be closed.
Could this have been called Ventura Theatre before 1951? Because there’s a photo of a closed theater on Facebook that I can’t match with any other Ventura Blvd. location, and it’s not the Majestic Ventura.
