Hi BWChicago;

The other listing on this site for a Central Theatre in Chicago is fairly far away. Did the Central that was near the Revue have another name?

Brian, according to the 1945 Film Daily Yearbook, the seat count at the Revue Theatre was 695 at that time.

And the present use is a plumbing fixture store called “Showerworks”

Also, two Sanborn maps show the capacity as 496.

I was mistaken; the central was in fact located at 3937 N Central Park, just a few doors away.
