Shown on the 1909 Sanborn, this theatre was on the ground floor of a large 2 story brick building which had a business college on the upper floor. It was still open in 1929, but had closed by 1930. Demolished some time ago, possibly for an expansion of the lumber yard next door. The corner is now home to a depressing metal shed mini-storage.

Apologies, but Electric may not be the name. It appears to be a classification used by this particular surveyor. There is another ‘electric’ on the same block.
