Located in the district of Steilshoop to the noertheast of the city. The Neues Waterloo Theater was opened in 1977 and was operated by Gerd Folster. It was re-named Arsenal Kino in 1982. It was closed in 1992. It has since been demolished and an Aldi supermarket now stands on the site.
