Located in the centre district of Neuestadt. The Hammonia Theater was opened on 3rd December 1910. The architect was August Wedemeyer. The theatre was operated by Richard Weiss, Hans Greger, Aton and later by August Wedemeyer.
The Hammonia Theater was closed in 1941, possibly due to war-time conditions. The building was destroyed by Allied bombs in World War II.
