The theatre, as the Miracle, was open and showing films by at least 1921.

Amazingly, this tiny building is still standing, between vacant lots in the South Bronx. To see some recent pics, as well as pics of several other old theatre buildings in the neighborhood, click here:

er…“posr” should be “post”

This theatre was later converted to a posr office and an auto repair shop.
