Located in the Eimsbuuettel district in the northwest of the city. The Kaiser Theater was opened in 1905 with 550-seats. It was operated by E. Kossmenn. In 1920 it was operated by Ferdinand Maack. In 1927 Karl Maack took over. In 1929 it was operated by Nordfilm Theater GmbH. In 1934 it was re-named Metro Palast and was operated by Ferdinand Maack again. The Metro Palast was destroyed in 1941, possibly due to Allied bombs during World War II.
