Located in Brixham, Devon. The Scala Hall opened in 1887 and is operated by the local council and is located in the Town Hall building. It originally had 790-seats. Around 1980 it was operating as the Cinema and operated by Xenon Cine Service. It had 16mm projection. Around 2002 it was screening films as the Brixham Theatre. The Brixham Scala Hall is available to hire for markets, parties and conferences.

The complex comprises two halls, both flat floored. The Brixham Theatre is accessed via the main entrance and up a flight of stairs. The Scala Hall has a separate entrance, as shown in the photographs, the hall being at ground floor level under the theatre.
