The 500-seat Grand Theatre was opened prior to 1922, located at that time known as Hill Street. The Grand Theatre was operated by Charles Drace, a photographer from Philadelphia who settled in Greer. He died in 1928 and his sons took over the running of the Grand Theatre. It was still open in 1957. It was demolished around 2000.
