The 1947 Film Daily Year Book listed the Victory Theatre, the only theatre in Marcola, as seating 200. The Film Daily Year Books of 1949 through 1951 listed the Victory Theatre in Marcola without a capacity, though the Marcola Theatre there seated 200.
Boxoffice reported on February 18, 1950 that Mr. and Mrs. Carrol Kuhl had traded the Victory Theatre for a dairy farm in Creswell. The new owners of the Victory Theatre were Mr. and Mrs. Maurice McGinitie.
An arson fire destroyed the Victory Theatre “in the 1980s”, according to a 1997 story in the Albany (OR) Democrat-Herald.
