Located in the Karol Bagh area of central Delhi. The Filmistan Cinema was a single screen cinema with an impressive Streamline Moderne style façade. It was opened in 1957 by the Filmistan film production company (their only cinema). It was refurbished in 2000 and was rename New Filmistan Cinema. It screened movies in their English language versions.
