Located on E. 5th Street, the “Marysville” (not the Delaware one) Dreamland Theatre opened as early as 1906 and both Dreamland’s in Marysville and Delaware were both shared, owned and operated by Dr. J. N. Hoyt.

The “Marysville” Dreamland Theatre became the Strand Theatre in the middle of 1917.

The Strand Theatre closed on July 16, 1950 after it gone out of business and was remodeled.
