Located in Ranong at the northern end of the main commercial street Khao Niwet, in the southern province of Ranong, Thailand. The Pruttinan Theatre was opened around 1980 as a single screen cinema. It was operated by Coliseum Films which was the main movie distributer in southern Thailand. The cinema closed around 2000 and was converted into a swiflet nesting house.
