Located in Ellesmere, Shropshire. The Town Hall was built in the 1830’s. It originally contained a general market on the ground floor and there was a reception room upstairs on the 1st floor. In around 1931, the reception room was converted into the Cinema operated by cousins Tom Jervis & Sam Goodwin. By 1947 it had been renamed Town Hall Cinema. It was still open in 1966, but had closed by 1969. Listings in editions of Kine Yearbook only give the name of the cinema, with no other details.

Today the ground floor is in use as offices for an estate agent. It is not known what the former cinema space is used for.
