W.N.C. Theatre

The theatre was built in 1940 by W.N. Christian, hence the name.

It did well during World War II and while the Arkansas Bull Shoals Dam was being built.

Other than a brief mention in the history of Flippin, the only reference to it I came upon was an advertisement in the May 11, 1945 Baxter Bulletin from Mountain Home, AR. The W.N.C. Theatre was still open in 1957.
