Motography reported in June 1911 that plans were being prepared for a theatre to be erected on S. Broadway and 11th Street by Wm. Hamilton and Son. This could be the theatre at 1070 Broadway that shows in the 1915 Sanborn but not 1911. A November 1911 Motography item mentions that C.C. Cronin will conduct a moving picture theatre in the H.B. Jones Building on Broadway and 10th Street. Unknown is whether these are one and the same.
