This theatre appears on the 1917 Sanborn, in the central storefront of a large 2 story brick commercial building that dated to before 1886. The 1912 map shows this space as vacant.

Given the marginal location, this was not a successful operation, and the 1924 map shows an express office here, with the Salvation Army on the 2nd floor.

Between 1930 and 1948, the western two thirds of the building were demolished and replaced by a filling station. The entire block is desolate today, with only one building and the ruins of another remaining.

While operating, this would have had a 203 address, but the number scheme as changed sometime after 1948.
