This theater appears on the 1928 Sanborn, in a two story brick structure that was almost certainly built to house the theater that appeared next door to the east on the 1919 map.

The new theatre space was wider than the old location, if this was indeed the same operation. It would have served the community of Frankfort Heights, centered around the original townsite. There were roughly two blocks of ‘downtown’ here, but almost everything is long gone. This corner is now home to a used car lot.
