The 1908 Sanborn shows a theater operating on the second floor of the Failer Block, a large three-story brick building constructed sometime between 1896 and 1901. As originally built, the second floor contained an opera house, and it was likely this space that became the theater, although a stage and scenery are no longer noted.

Despite likely being a decent cinema facility by the standards of the day, the theater seems to have closed by 1915. The building itself was long the home to the Odd Fellows on the third floor, and remained in existence through at least 1939.

At some point, perhaps the late-1950’s, it was demolished, and half the site is a boxy addition to a now vacant bank, while the other is a tiny parking lot. A small piece of the original structure can be seen on the north side.
