Kino MAT

Located in the MAT television and movie studios building, this tiny movie theater is even smaller than the pair of bars upstairs and downstairs from the auditorium, which make for popular pre-and post-movie going watering holes. The theater is frequented by young professionals, involved in the film and television industry.

Its futuristic decor and blend of mainstream Czech films as well as documentaries, independent, foreign films and old newsreel films makes the MAT one of Prague’s more unusual and often packed movie houses.
