Another small town theatre built in 1949 seating 312. It is still in operation today. A light color brick with a triangular shaped marquee with no attraction panels just neon spelling out “Mayer Theatre”. Original white wood front entrance doors. Small lobby and concession area. Very clean auditorium.

The official website gives the address as 531 Main Avenue and seating capacity of 250
