Plaza Theatre

Having opened before WWII, the Plaza is Calgary’s oldest cinema. Located in the city’s Kensington shopping district, just on the outside of downtown, the Plaza might not be the fanciest or most up-to-date theatre in Calgary, but that’s the charm. What it lacks in technology, it makes up for in quality and personality. And the popcorn’s pretty darned good, too.
