Restored Art Deco theater now showing first run movies and art films. Also in use as a community center with meeting spaces for 20 (meeting room) and 400 (auditorium). 35mm and LCD video projectors allow exhibition flexibility. Live auditorium performances include improv on Thursday nights in season.
Attached coffee shop featuring period decor, music, and live performance opens early 2005. Restored historic features are complemented with Dolby sound and projection provided by Louis Bornwassen of Hadden Theater Supply (Louisville, KY). Office space on second floor houses local non-profit development and housing organizations.
Building retains major art deco elements including the original marqee, glass ticket booth and hundreds of feet of multi-colored neon.

Someone already locked in the street view, but if you drop the W. in the address it will map properly. Mapping just shows Kentucky Ave., no East or West
