When I discovered the Lyric Theatre in Spur about 24 years ago, it was just a red brick shell of a building. The roof was gone and several wooden seats and the stage were still visible. It was around the corner from the Palace Theatre which has fared better.

Looks to be in the mid 100 block of W. Harris St. Outer building still looks there, I matched up the sign, rows of bricks above and below the sign, and missing bricks at the top row to identify. Not sure why the color in the picture is gray, other than Photoshopped to bring out the lettering on the sign.
