One of three theatres that the town of Harrisonville had at one time. It was located in the heart of town a block east of Main Street. It opened in 1936 as the Perkins Theatre operated by by Commonwealth Amusement. Later renamed Lee Theatre, it was closed in 1953. The Schnell Theatre had already closed by that time. That leaves just the Cass Country Drive-In.
