Nashville Then: A 1977 Highlight – The extensive four-acre property that includes the Green Hills Theater on Hillsboro Road, here Sept. 2, 1977, is under negotiations for a sale that would lead to a big development. Sources said acquisition of the property would lead to a shopping facility that would complement the Green Hills, Nashville shopping area.
