A Wurlitzer theater organ opus 467 style 160 was installed in the Rivola Theater on 10/20/1921.
J.C. Ritter owned the Rivola when it opened, from 1945 until it closed in 1957 it was operated by Co-Op Theatres of Michigan.
James C. Ritter’s obituary in the December 1, 1951, issue of The Billboard said that he was one of the organizers and an officer of the Co-Operative Theatres of Michigan.
