I went there to see “Battlestar Galactica” when I lived a few blocks away in the late-1970’s. Glad to see it’s still in business, apparently independently-owned and operated. It was closed for renovations in 2015 and reopened May 4, 2018 with Daniel Roebuck in “Getting Grace”.

I love this theater. I currently live about eight blocks away and was thrilled when they reopened over a year ago. It had been closed since about late-1994/early-1995. I love having this theater down the street because it provides a spot for people to go on that saturday night when there’s nothing going on. It also helps to bring businesses back to that part of town because it is a thriving theater and has generated a lot of momentum.

Has this theater converted to digital projection yet? It was up for sale last year because of this issue. No info on the website.

Currently closed and scheduled to reopen in early 2016, according to the website.
