I went there to see “Battlestar Galactica” when I lived a few blocks away in the late 1970s. Glad to see it’s still in business, apparently independently-owned and operated.

I love this theater. I currently live about eight blocks away and was thrilled when they reopened over a year ago. It had been closed since about late-1994/early-1995. I love having this theater down the street because it provides a spot for people to go on that saturday night when there’s nothing going on. It also helps to bring businesses back to that part of town because it is a thriving theater and has generated a lot of momentum.
