This long-gone Near West Side theater opened in 1907 as the Mills Wonderland, with seating for a little under 400. In 1910, it was renamed the Senate Five Cents Theater, and in 1912, the Wonderland Theater. It stood on Madison Street near Desplaines Street, not far from the present-day location of I-90/94. The Wonderland closed in 1934 and has been replaced by new retail buildings.
