The building at that address is the Bristol Town Hall. It appears to have been a repurposing of the old theatre, so function should be government, municipal.

I just contacted the Okemah Chamber of Commerce. They report that it is closed and under new ownership. They’re not sure of any future plans for it.
Google Streetview of June 2019 shows the theatre as pretty much still intact, with marquee, blade sign, poster boxes and foyer. Just like it’s asleep.
