The theatre shows up again in the news show “48 Hours.” A tracking shot follows one of the show’s participants as he walk past the front with the marquee lighted up.
This theatre reopened August 28 2018 under new ownership. It is now the Emagine Geneva Lakes and has its own CT page under Lake Geneva Wisconsin theatres.
Google Street View of July 2018 shows no indication of any use for this theatre. Both storefronts are vacant and the marquee has a sign urging use of the public pools.

The exterior of this theatre shows up in the 2007 movie “Blue State.” Ostensibly set in San Francisco, the film was primarily shot in Canada.
4 of the auditoriums now are equipped with leather reclining seats.
Status should be changed to closed. Just heard for the Chamber of Commerce that the theatre is closed and up for sale.
