The property was redeveloped into what appeared to be a motel (several single units surrounding an open space which was torn down years later.

Most of the property is home to Iowa Transportation-Highway, which would indicate a government installation that maintains roads and highways.
Some of the ramps are still visible on the NE corner of the property.
