AMC Classic Pekin 14

Built on the site of the Starlite Drive-In. The Showplace 12 was opened on November 19, 1999 by Kerasotes Theatres. Two more screens were added in 2004. It was taken over by AMC Theatres in June 2010. It was later operated by NewVision Theatres. The NewVision Showplace 14 Pekin was closed on March 16, 2020 due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. That closure was made permanent on July 13 2020 when NewVision Theatre went out of business.

It was taken back by AMC Theatres in August 2020 and reopened in June 2021 as the AMC Classic Pekin 14.

As of April 1st, 2021, theater will reopen as AMC CLASSIC Pekin 14 on June, 2021
