Refurbished on December 19, 2004, with stadium seating listed at 1,390-seats. Westates Theatres had spent $500,000 upgrading the theatre while still remaining open. The upgrade also included digital sound, new projection and other amenities.

The theatre was operated by Westates Theatres featuring first run attractions. By 2016 it had been taken over by Megaplex Theatres and renamed Main Street Theatres. It was closed on March 17, 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It never reopened as a movie theatre.

In 2024 it reopened as performing arts campus.
