The Lakewood Theatre was opened on June 15, 1950 with Clifton Webb in “Cheaper by the Dozen”. Listed in the Film Daily Yearbook of 1951 as seating 900. The Lakewood Theatre was still open in 1955, but had closed on January 1, 1957.
It became a Harley Davidson dealership. By December 2019 it was offices for Reed Art & Imaging.
