The Cinema Twin was opened by the Midcontinent Theatre Company AKA: Midco on February 7th, 1975 and closed on January 10th, 1991 with six persons in attendance. After it closed, the screens went in the trash and the projection equipment were sent to the Hopkins Twin near Minneapolis. According to Street View, it was demolished in 2023, empty land now stands on its site.
