The Cinema Twin was opened by the Midcontinent Theatre Company AKA: Midco on March 7, 1975, Carisch Theatres from October, 1984 and closed on January 10, 1991 with six persons in attendance. After it closed, the screens went in the trash and the projection equipment were sent to the Hopkins Twin near Minneapolis. According to Street View, it was demolished in 2023, empty land now stands on its site.

Grand opening ad posted. Opened March 7th, 1975, I may had submitted the incorrect date for this theatre.

Jamestown, North Dakota resident Lyman F. Keim once managed the Cinema Twin during the mid-1980s.
