Cinema Treasures adds its 25,000th theater

posted by Ross Melnick on June 26, 2009 at 8:15am

Cinema Treasures passed the 25,000-theater mark this past week as our database of theaters keeps growing at a blistering pace.

Thank you to all of the thousands of contributors who have made Cinema Treasures a destination site for movie theater exhibitors and patrons, journalists, and researchers.

Finally, a special thank you to Bryan Krefft and our theater editor extraordinaire, Ken Roe, whose tireless dedication and expertise are the reason Cinema Treasures is what it is today.

Thank you again and see you at 30,000. :)

Co-founders, Cinema Treasures

I personally was a little disappointed that Lost Memory wasn't listed in Ross' congradulations. He has contributed more theatres and information than anyone individual on the site other than Ken Roe. So congrats LM for all the research, time and dedication to CT. and the same Kudos to Ken Roe.

Congratulations! Definitely one of the most valuable web sites.

And I must echo those who say PLEASE do something about the picture library. We're having to rely on people providing them off-site, and so many of those links become obsolete in time.

Thanks, and keep up the incredible work!
