The U.S. Theater opened in 1911 as the Dream Theater. Around 1926 the name was changed to the U.S. Theater. This theater closed in 1930.

There is a Spanish restaurant at this address now. Not sure if this is the original building. Photo to follow.

This was most recently a nightclub called Revolver, but that has now closed. The building is once again vacant.
