This building has been demolished. It is now a vacant lot.
The Colonial Theatre can be seen at upper right of this page from Motion Picture News of March 27, 1920.

There is a business called Harris Welding at 103 W. Main in Colfax. Unfortunately the photo over on the other site is so small that I can’t make out the signage. Any locals that can weigh on this would be helpful, so the address can be update.
