Is this the same theater?

Is the attached photograph of the outside of the same Newsreel Theatre this website is commemorating? Incidentally, in this picture the theater is showing Toulouse Lautrec, a short documentary about the painter which was directed by my mother Carolyn Vogel who also won the first prize for documentaries at the Edinburgh Film Festival. However, that was in the late 1940s, however it says on this page that this Newsreel Theatre closed before WWII. Therefore, is this picture of another Newreel Theatre in New York from the late 1940s/early 1950s? If so, I can remove it or else please remove it for me.

This is the Embassy on Broadway in same block as the Palace Theatre. Overhead, you can see a portion of the famous “Mr. Peanuts” billboard sponsored by Planters.
