The Balmar is located at 1504 Mill Avenue. The city should be changed to Eden, as Draper and two other towns merged to form the new town of Eden in 1967.

I found an article that said the Balmer Theatre closed as a movie house in 1957.

In 1955 the Balmar Theater had 448 seats.

As of August 15, 2005 the Balmar Theater is closed but still standing. A study has been recommended to determine if it is feasible to create a community center in the former Balmar Theater. This explains it.
