Small town theater that opened in September 1938 with 238 seats. Closed in the TV era, then resurrected in 1991 as a live theater venue for avant-garde performances.

Now serving as a community center of sorts, with the auditorium available for banquets. For a while it hosted the Waterloo Film Festival every spring.
