Consolidated Theatres opened the Kukui Makk in 1990 seating 972. One of two theatres located on Maui operated by Consolidated featuring first run attractions. It was closed November 15, 2012. In January 2018 it was taken over by Regency Theatre of California, and after refurbishment it reopened July 27, 2018.
