ABC Interstate Theatres opened their ABC Cinema Twin in the Cloverleaf Mall on May 31, 1974 with “Huckleberry Finn” & “The Sting”. Seating was provided for 500 & 350 in the twin auditoriums. It was later operated by United Artists and on May 13, 1983 it became a triplex. It originally opened as a first run theatre but in the late-1990’s it became a discount house. The theatre closed in 2004.

The Cloverleaf Mall Theatre opened as a twin in the late 60’s by ABC Mid-South Theatres. Through the years, it was operated by Plitt Theatres (who split the large auditorium to make the complex a triple), Gulf States Theatres, and United Artists Theatres. United Artists closed the theatre in 1995 when it opened its new theatre in the new Turtle Creek mall. An independent shortly took over and operated this as a bargain house.
